Barbecue is not just a summer activity anymore. At Flesh restaurant, in South Pigalle (SoPi) in the north of Paris, your meat is cooked on a grill, French barbecue style, for a tasty and tender meat.

In a time when organic food and veggies are king, in this restaurant, opened in October 2014 by young Parisian entrepreneurs (who are taking your command and serving your plate), you’ll taste exquisite (fresh and healthy – no greasy food here) grilled ribs, black Angus beef or large prawns (with a delicious house made sauce) in this lively neighbourhood at night.

Don’t forget to pick one of the sides: from ear of corn to freshly cut French fries or cauliflower with a chorizo vinaigrette.

This trendy new spot perfect for a group of friends, is open for lunch and dinner time from Tuesday to Sunday. After a few weeks, it’s already a hit among Parisians.

Don’t forget to make reservation for the early or late service (+33 1 42 81 21 93)

Visit the website or the Facebook Page for more information, menu updates and critics.

When? Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 1am and on Sunday from 12pm to 4pm

Second location in East Paris: 23 rue louis blanc, 75010.
