Super Barquette: The Best of Street Food from Paris
Literally translate to “Super Basket”. A very local event as the 2nd edition of Super Barquette (Facebook event) gathers in a trendsetting venue in South East Paris called Wanderlust, the best of Paris street food for three days of food tastings in a very socializing atmosphere, close to flea markets and Spring music festivals vibes.
On a 1.600 m2-outdoor terrace (weather will be perfect this weekend April 18-19), you’ll discover why Paris is one of the best towns in the world for street food at the moment.
What kind of food are we talking about? Friday from 6 to 11pm: English street food with Frenchie to go and its bacon sandwich, The Sunken Chip and its fish and chips / Saturday from 12pm to 6pm: New wave with trendsetting Mexican tacos by Death by Burrito or Luz Verde, Pork ramen by Ito, BBQ by the Beast (read our article here). And even venues that dont’ have a restaurant yet in Paris! Talking about trendsetting street food / Sunday from 12 to 5pm for brunch: Pancakes by Holybelly (read more about Holybelly here), bagels by Bob’s Bake Shop, exquisite pita by Miznon, etc.
