Article by Casey Coviello, American Expat in Paris for «The Tourist in Paris». More about Casey here.

Think you have to pay 20 euros at one of Paris’ chic yoga studios to get in a good practice while you’re in town? Think again. Affordable Yoga in Paris hosts classes across the city for only 5 euros (bonus: they’re taught in English!).

Founded just over a year ago by Russian/British expat Anna Khuade, Affordable Yoga’s community now boasts over 4,300 attendees from all around the world including tourists, ex-pats, and locals. Anna’s dream was to provide a space for all Parisians to start or deepen their yoga practice despite financial or location-based restrictions, and with a background in business but a passion for healthy living (Anna is also a personal trainer and nutrition consultant), it is no wonder her business has taken off so fast.

Find all their listings, including workshops on de-stressing and acupuncture on their website. Extra mats are available for purchase.

When? Every day of the week! Usually during weekday evenings and weekend afternoons.

Where?
Various studios. Check their website for the location of specific classes.
