Nathaniel Doboin and Thomas Teffri-Chambelland are two French bakers who had the innovative idea to start a gluten-free bakery in Paris, in the heart of the land of baguettes and delicious pastries. And it worked – Chambelland is now your new healthy and completely naturally gluten-free bakery, with taste not at a cost.
Made simply with non-GMO, non-treated, or organic ingredients, all of its products are certified organic and made in their own oven.
A pioneer in this rising industry
For this rising industry, Chambelland is definitely a pioneer and expert at making breads that are “good for you”. Making their own rice flour, buckwheat (sarrasin), sorghum, millet, and other grains, Chambelland has a vast number of different creations including naturally rising bread, focaccia, and pastries.
Their rice is sourced from Camargue and the Po Valley in Italy, and all ingredients are carefully selected and treated by Chambelland to maintain quality and ensure all traces of gluten are gone.
Furthermore, their bakery is a welcoming spot and perfect for breakfast or lunch, with hearty and sweet breads (grains, fruits, chocolate, you name it). If you are a celiac or prefer gluten-free goods, this bakery is your go-to spot during your trip to Paris – you won’t have to give other pretty pastries a second look.
