This chic and charming address is very Parisian and very gourmand.

On the discreet but very lively Rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau (Beef Club, Fish Club, Ballroom, Street Food Party) close to les halles, the Louvre, and the Rue de Rivoli in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, Claus is your fine, high-end grocery store that will change the way you view breakfast à la French.

A refined salon de thé, it was a German named Claus Estermann who thought of the concept, promising a breakfast (frühstück in the language of Goethe) of utmost excellence in a business district filled with those habituated to luxe.

With two separate doors, one to enter into the cosy room and the other for takeaway orders, Claus proposes a large range of gourmet products in an elegant decoration with esteemed service. Perfect for a splendid break in a couple or during a business trip. Definitely an address that will be well frequented during fashion week.

To enjoy the breakfast sit-down or to takeaway? Coffee, capuccino, tea, chocolates, jams, pastries, spreads, granolas, mueslis, champagnes, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fruit juice, scones (don’t miss these!), cakes, brioches, German or Japanese lemonade, and even… fresh flowers. The 5 breakfast menus in the room range from 15€ to 25€.
