Here’s a great spot that rimes with Spring and Summer time. Located on a quiet secret square in the rather lively Le Sentier district in center Paris, Hotel Edgar restaurant is known for its endless summer evenings on its large terrace. Perfect for an outdoor romantic drink at 6/7pm.

Inside, the Scandinavian vintage setting warms up the mood and make you feel like in a 1970s surrounding.

What do we eat? Seafood essentially: fresh fish, octopus, shrimps, squids, herring, oysters, mussels, fish & ships, tuna carpaccio but also San Daniele ham, Angus or blood sausage.

So please take a seat and enjoy a few sips of one of the best Spritz (a fresh Venetian Prosecco & Aperol-based cocktail) in town. Match it with a few tapas.

When? Open everyday from 12:30pm to 2:30pm (3pm on Sundays) and from 7:30pm to 10:30pm (except on Sundays and to 11pm on Fridays/Saturdays). Tapas from 3pm to 7:30pm. 27 € brunch on the weekends.

For more information or if you want to stay at the romantic boutique hotel upstairs (13 rooms), check out the official website.
