Angèle Ferreux-Maeght is a native Parisian with a passion for healthy and fresh food, author of the detox recipe book “Délicieusement Green“. She founded La Guinguette d’Angèle two years ago and the catering company has grown ever since, spreading its clean “art de vivre” and enchanting all who come across it.
Using ingredients solely from local vendors delivering the freshest produce around Paris, La Guinguette d’Angèle truly tries to bring organic and healthy food straight to you. Starting at 6AM with a team of four, Angèle starts preparing the day’s creations that you will find at her newly-opened comptoir and the many events she caters (including Cinema Paradiso).
The new organic and gluten-free comptoir in the first arrondissement serves on-the-go detox lunch boxes for everyone. From vegan options to Japanese-style poached eggs with the freshest organic juices, the menu changes daily depending on the best available ingredients using truly creative recipes. You’ll find smoothie bowls filled with super foods, matcha lattes, and raw/vegan desserts here!
The friendly and welcoming team adds to the organic, happy, and healthy vibe emanating from the petit comptoir – treat your body and mind to a wholesome and delicious treat with La Guinguette d’Angèle.
Angèle’s favorite ingredients are kale and edible flowers, which you will find sprinkled throughout her beautifully presented meals. If you are looking for an impeccably healthy experience in Paris, don’t miss out on the open hours and look out for more events on their Facebook.
La Guinguette d’Angèle is a small but growing Parisian company definitely worth keeping an eye out for. According to Angèle, plans for the future include enlarging and distributing foods under the same ethos of healthy and organic cooking.
