This summer 2014, starting June 3, this one French photographer exhibition is not to be missed in Paris.

3 000 square meters of pictures! The street artist JR, takes control of one of the most famous historical monuments in France, the Panthéon, in the Latin Quarter, in the 5th arrondissement. The Panthéon is a secular temple containing the remains of distinguished citizens.

With his “Au Panthéon” exhibition, JR took the picture of 4 160 unknown citizens to realise a collage of all the pictures to decorate both the inside and outside of the monument. The artworks decorates the dome of the Panthéon on the outside, while it is under renovation (until October, 5 2014).
