No need to be a fancy restaurant to serve the best dish in town.

In this tiny Asian canteen (20+ seats), located in a Paris neighborhood called “Little Tokyo” because you can find up to 30 Japanese restaurants within 4 blocks around famous Japanese restaurant street, rue Saint-Anne, named Kotteri Ramen Naritake, you seat on small tables very closed to one another, with an open kitchen (you can seat at the counter) where the magic happens: probably the best ramen in town.

What’s a ramen? It’s a (wheat) noodle soup dish, one of the most popular meal in Japan, flavoured with eggs, pork and other ingredients.

Why is this the best ramen in town?

At Kotteri Naritake ramen, you pick your own broth -soy (shoyu ramen) or house made fermented soy pasta (miso ramen, more famous) and topping. You can also pick the fat in your broth because it is house made (from pork ribs). If you like it light ask for a sappori. On the topping side, you can add eggs, butter, peanuts, roasted pork (delicious chosen pieces) and chili chives (we recommend!). You can also add a portion noddles to your ramen. You can also start by some gyozas.

Most of the clients here are Asian or local foodies (especially at lunch time since it’s an office district). A full ramen (prok, eggs, fat) costs 14€. The simple starts at 10€ which is a very reasonable price.

When? Everyday for lunch (11:30am-3pm) and dinner (6:30pm – 10pm). Come early! Closed on Tuesday.
