A locals’ favorite craft beer bistrot. Opened in October 2014, Le Triangle is one successful microbrewery in East Paris.
With a true refined creative kitchen serving home-cooked tapas food (to share), a warm welcome from the owners and staff in a Scandinavian setting, mixed with stunning artisanal craft beers (huge beer kettles being the bar, set-up in the basement), Le Triangle is the perfect spot for a week-night dinner with friends or beer experts / foodies in the Goncourt neighborhood (South Belleville), near the Canal Saint-Martin.
With eight different artisanal beers changed regularly (like American Pale Ale or Wheat beers brewed in the basement, or Ales found around the world by the owners) and a menu constantly changing (check both lists out here), Le Triangle perfectly succeed in pairing beers and dishes from all around the world (the owners help you do the pairing) for around 30-35€ per person (for 2 dishes/2 beers) at dinner (and 20€ at lunch).
Check out their events (like “Poutine Tuesdays” – “poutine” is a Quebec traditional dish, best paired with… beer!) on their Facebook Page.
When? From noon to 2pm and from 7pm to 10:30pm. Closed Sunday and Monday. Book by calling here: +33 1 71 39 58 02.
