Improbable. A coffee bar that couldn’t find a better name. A hidden place nested in a very discrete street itself. In the heart of very lively Le Marais district, in center Paris, and sut a few meters away from very busy rue des Francs-Bourgeois, here’s a trendy and relaxing unusual place (that you usually encounter in East Paris).
Located in an old garage is a rather off-the-wall, charming, bobo, intimate and quiet spot for a drink and a bite to eat with your friends or your loved one while strolling in Le Marais.
A surprising bohemian break
You enter the venue through a huge charriage door contrasting with the intimate atmosphere coming from the various tiny chilling colorful spots inside the bar.
The first thing that strikes you when getting in is the motionless foodtruck set up in the center of the room. Here, you can enjoy pistols (Belgium generously served round bread), home made sandwiches, healthy and well-garnished healthy salads. Don’t forget to taste their delicious limonade and desserts.
At the centre of the room, high tables and stools; on the right a wooden-made bar, comfy chairs and couches; on the left side, three chill spaces with deckchairs and a hammock to rest.
Then, impossible not to smile at the cute little dog standing in front of a “Beware the dog” sign.
All in a very quiet and muted atmosphere, with purple filtered light, a tropical and original (newspapers and random vintage objects on the wall).
