One of the most beloved French “crêperie” in Paris.
Located in le Marais district, Mad Eo makes organic, artisanal, farm French crêpes (thin pancakes) according to true Brittany tradition. In Brittany (region in West France), Mad Eo means “c’est bien” translated to “it’s ok”. Here, the crêpes are more than just ok, they’re delicious. And the owners and staff know perfectly how to pair their crêpes with their great range of ciders and artisanal beers from their impressive cellar.
The crêpes here (veggie friendly) have a thin and crunchy dough, wheat or buckwheat based. Moreover, you won’t find one industrial product or ingredient in your crêpe here, all from local producers. The food and especially the charcuterie come from environnemental friendly farms in Brittany.
The atmosphere is totally trendsetting, in between tradition and modernity, in a very refined wood table and iron chair setting.
