No, we won’t recommend the falafel spots all tourists already heard of. But we will with the falafels served in a delicious pita bread venue next door called Miznon.

Miznon Paris, by the tourist in parisFirst, let’s head to the the falafel neighborhood, the Marais district, the multicultural area of Paris, from Jew to gay to trendy to whoever loves center Paris. There, in rue des Rosiers, you’ll see the “best falafel in town” street restaurants with long waiting lines on both sides of the pedestrians-only street. Walk away (don’t give me wrong, the falafel from “As du Falafel” are good but what we do is: giving you the venues where Parisians go) and then turn right on rue des Ecouffes. You’ve arrived in the true Israeli street restaurant from Tel Aviv serving incredible pitas: Miznon.Miznon Paris, by the tourist in paris

Sit at the bar (best spots) and watch the two cooks make your falafels in front of you with fresh produces. One the bar, be careful with the marinated green peppers on self-service for free: they’re delicious but so spicy! Order the lamb kebab and the roasted califlower to share with your partner. Exquisite!

Why we like this place so much? Incredibly lively atmosphere with the very welcoming and dynamic staff. You’ll see. You can also order to go.

Check out the quick video we made to get a pick at the atmosphere:
