Ever heard of nitrogen ice cream?

We hadn’t, to be honest. Until we met Nitrogenie, near the Centre Pompidou, in center Paris (158 rue Saint-Martin).

Nitrogen ice cream is actually a famous technic among chefs, who use nitrogen to get a creamy texture and preserve the flavors.

A tasty pleasure, made in front of you in a very unusual atmosphere, in just a few seconds!
