Like every month (take a look at our October program), here is our exclusive program of things to do if you travel to Paris in November 2016.

Like every wise visitor, you don’t want to miss a thing you’d like while traveling to the city. Here are our tips to feel like a local when visiting Paris, based on your mood: can’t-miss events, exhibitions, new venues and hotspots.

We’d like to start by commemorating the 1 year anniversary of the horrific terrorist attacks in Paris. May everyone be safe.

It’s cold already out there. Take a look at the best exhibitions of the month, especially the unique contemporary art gathering at the Fondation Louis Vuitton.

 

 

Family & Sport

Saint-Germain des Neiges, from November 17th to 21st: On the Left Bank, on Saint-Sulpice square and in rues Princesse, Guisarde et des Canettes, for the 4th year in a row, comes a true pop-up ski resort (ski freestyle, ice rink, luge rope, and many Winter activities for the family etc). Family & Tradition

Paris turn on its Christmas lights on the avenue Champs Elysées, on November 21st. The avenue des Champs-Elysées will be decorated with lights and stunning decorations for Christmas and New Year’s Eve until January 6th.

Fashion & Shopping

Sneakers event Paris, on November 6th: At Le Carreau du Temple (a wonderfull 1800 square meter covert marker) in Le Marais district, come sell, buy or exchange your sneakers. The perfect moment to discover some great fashion finds. Official website.

Beaujolais Nouveau, on November 17th: On the third Thursday of November every year, the French taste their freshly harvested red wine. Our selection of wine bars here.

Salon des Vignerons Indépendants: Head to the independent wine producers annual show at Porte de Versailles, to make dozens of great tasting and discoveries. You will leave with a few finds in your arms for sure. From November 25th  to 30th!
