Sushis fans, you can walk away. Located in the Opera district, near rue Saint-Anne, also know as Little Tokyo for its dozen of Japanese venues, Sara restaurant serves a traditional Japanese cuisine in a trendy modern minimalist location, a bit off the crowds. Perfect for a business or a romantic meal.

Opened in July 2014, Sara -which means “new” in Japanese- has one home made specialty on its menu and it’s delicious: “Soba”. Japanese buckwheat noodles, that come in a warm soup or with a cold sauce through eighteen different dishes. Kitsune-soba (tofu) is a must-eat. Everything is prepared in an open kitchen and served by a Japanese staff.
