This exhibition is a hit! “Tatoueurs, Tatoues Tattoo” exhibition at the Musée du Quai Branly has hosted no less than 330k visitors since May 2014. It is now the most visited show ever in this museum! Tattoos have a major role in our daily lives, for a cultural or a personal expression.
Why is it worth it? Tattoos are not just a punk and antisocial movement, it’s been trending for a few centuries now! That’s why the 5,000-year-old history of tattooing has been brought to life in this fascinating exhibition which charts the evolution of body art over the centuries, from intricate tribal inkings to bold modern designs at the Internet era.
