The restaurant of famous French chef Guy Savoy, located at the Monnaie de Paris since 2015, on the Seine Riverbanks, wins the 2017 prize given by La Liste, for the second year in a row.

At Guy Savoy, a restaurant the chef founded in 1980, you take a comfy seat in one of the six rooms whose large and high windows open on the Louvre, the Pont Neuf and the Seine. This gastronomic three stars at the Michelin can welcome up to 60 people.

A once-in-a-lifetime menu

On the menu, you’ll be offered to taste as a starter dishes such as Raw ‘pot au feu’ of iced oysters and beef, or Skate wing ‘cooled’ with caviar, Breton-style ragoût or Lightly steamed foie gras with an autumnal hotpot ♥

As a main dish, Barbecued pigeon, jus served two ways, spinach and mushroom gratin or Seared veal sweetbreads, squash-lemon or also Roast lobster, ‘grapefruit pepper’ carrots, ‘coral’ jus!

To finish, embark on a final adventure with the ‘Tropical shell’ with fresh pineapple.

The Restaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday and on Saturday night. Lunch from 12pm to 2pm and Dinner from 7pm to 10:30pm.
