The Cédric Grolet pastry opened on March 20th, 2018 at chic hotel-restaurant Meurice, in Paris, between the Concorde and the Tuileries.

The young and talented Cédric Grolet, 32, who achieved the coveted title of World’s Best Pastry Chef from Les Grandes Tables du Monde in 2017, is famous for his beautiful desserts “Trompe L’Oeil”. He has been the pastry chef of the Meurice restaurant, Le Meurice by Alain Ducasse, since 2013.

Unique masterpieces

His pastry is creative, sweet, and mixed with classic French recipes. His boutique is thought like a laboratory where his creativity will only get better, where you will find unique masterpieces.

To taste those tasty confections, it will come at a certain cost of course. From 8€ for a chocolate pie to 17€ for the red apple.
